To be listed on the FCA website's "Artist Bios" page, please fill out the form below and click the "Send Email" button at the bottom of the form. To have a digital image representative of your portfolio appear with your listing, send a separate email attaching the image (one image only, in JPG format, please) to fcaartistbio@gmail.com. Alternatively, you may mail a floppy disk or CD containing your JPG image to Falls Church Arts, P.O. Box 6912, Falls Church, VA 22040-6912. If you send an image, be sure to include your name, so we can link the image with your listing!
